At HOME'WERA, we truly value our customers and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying.
You can return your order, entirely or partially, within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

 

1. General Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is mandatory.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Matka Stand Return Policy

Please check size and type carefully before ordering.

Returns/exchanges are not possible for wrong size or type selection.

Only damaged or defective Matka Stands are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. Air-Tight Containers Return Policy

All measurements and sizes are clearly mentioned on our website.

Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selections.

Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return/replacement.

Note: If the hook/clip of the air-tight container lid (dhakkan) is found broken or damaged during transit, customers are required to return only the lid. In such cases, only the lid will be replaced. The full product will not be refunded or replaced

 

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

For minor scratches or normal transit damage, only replacement will be provided no refund You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect for claim verification. Without a proper unboxing video, no damage or wrong item claim will be accepted.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct product is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the right one. Replacement and Exchange will be delivered within 5-7 business days

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.

 

8. Additional Terms (Important)

For return/replacement approval, unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory.

Certain items may be marked as “non-returnable” (mentioned on product page).

Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship the item.

Returns will not be accepted due to size, quality, or personal preferences

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in good condition with complete packaging.
